As women, our ability to think critically about people and situations in our lives is our greatest gift and our greatest burden. Either way, you need to stop being concerned with how others see you, and start doing what you want without worrying about being judged. But why are you wasting your time trying to get people to remember you exist? Just focus on your real friends who you actually still talk to, and let everyone else drift away naturally. Whatever, it happens, and no one who saw it knows who you are, nor will they be able to remember your face if they see you again. When you post a selfie , you keep tabs on how many likes you get and who comments. When you post a status update, you do the same. If you want something, just go for it. People are going to judge you regardless. The sad truth is that no matter what you do, people will always judge you anyway.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others. And you are beautiful. The real you is loving, joyful, and free. The real you is just like a flower, just like the wind, just like the ocean, just like the sun. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path. It could be everything. Or it could be nothing. In order to do that, I had to stop being afraid to feel. In order to do that, I taught myself to believe that no matter what I felt or what happened when I felt it, I would be okay.
Life is funny. Most of us, myself included, tend to have a lot of irons in the fire. Personal development. Outside interests. And any one of these these things can go good or bad and effect your mental state for the whole day, or week, or month. But when it all shakes out, are you essentially moving in the right direction? You are going to lose at some things and win at others, and tomorrow, all of those things might be flipped. There are going to be set-backs. There are going to be reversals. And the most comforting thing about this is that there is nothing you can do about it.

In order to do that, I taught myself to believe that no matter what I felt or what happened when I felt it, I would be okay. Not to me, to your mum, or to anyone. You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.
